For standard products, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Personlised products may take up to 1-2 weeks, but generally ship within a week (if you have any urgency on your order, please contact us in advance)
International:

Most of our products are custom made on order, hence we need time to process your order and start the production. Due to sanitary issues, we basically do not accept returns on our products, however if there is anything you are not satisfied with upon receiving your order, please contact us. We value customer satisfaction and are open for your feedback.
